New UX Design Group team member welcome email

This page and its subpages will serve as your home base as you are getting onboarded into the team. Don't be overwhelmed by its contents. We'll be working together to fill it out over the next few weeks. Eventually, this will be a place where we can store notes together, touch base around feedback and goals, and keep aligned.

Getting started

[Company] is full of people who bias toward action. But onboarding is a project in-of-itself. This is the only time when you are gifted with the beginner's mindset around our product and team. We want you to take the time to get comfortable with our vision, our market, our product, and our team in order to set you up for long term success.

The board below is a rough schedule for your onboarding. Take note that it extends well beyond your first week.

1:1s

Here's a link to our 1:1 doc. We'll use this to set agendas and keep notes together. Feel free to drop questions in here throughout the week to review. These are meant to be about your personal and professional development, addressing any concerns you or I have and creating a space to discuss. If things start to feel overly tactical, let me know!
